In January 2023, I changed the course of my life forever.
I pressed pause and began rebuilding from the inside out — through yoga, coaching, and deep self-discovery. What started as a personal journey has become a path I now share with others.
Today, I teach yoga classes in studios across West Yorkshire and I am nearing completion of my 300-hour yoga teacher training. Alongside this, I offer one-to-one Positive Psychology and Alcohol Freedom coaching, and host Hello YOU! retreats in the UK and Worldwide — carefully created spaces to rest, reset, and reconnect.
My work is rooted in helping you find calm, clarity, and confidence — supporting you to live with more balance, kindness, and joy in your everyday life.
Life is all about balance — moving, pausing, reflecting, and growing. Everything I share through Hellohollycoaching is rooted in compassion, connection, and helping you come home to yourself.

I’ve now started teaching a weekly yoga class in my village, offering a welcoming, down-to-earth space for movement, mindfulness, and community.
My classes are designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and build strength and ease — both on and off the mat.
Each week, we explore grounding flows, mindful breathwork, and moments of stillness to help release tension and restore calm. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning to your mat, you’ll be warmly welcomed exactly as you are.
I’m also continuing my 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Kula in Chapel Allerton — deepening my understanding of how yoga can support both body and mind in everyday life.
I will be qualified in July and I am teaching at various studios across West Yorkshire.

After the wonderful success of my first Hello YOU! Retreat in Portugal (May 2025), I’m absolutely delighted to announce my second retreat:

Set in the serene Monchique Mountains, this retreat is an invitation to pause, reset, and reconnect with your authentic self.
Over five peaceful days, you’ll experience a nourishing blend of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, journaling, and breathwork, surrounded by the natural beauty of southern Portugal.
There’ll be daily yoga sessions, guided hikes, wholesome food, optional Reiki and massage treatments, and plenty of free time to simply rest and restore.
